Real Estate Australia may use information collected from you in the day to day running of their business of leasing and selling properties. Marketing their services including direct mail unless you made a request to us not to receive direct marketing communications. Making credit and tenancy checks and reports providing information about you to those who provide a service to us as part of the administration of our business.

Real Estate Australia may disclose personal information if they believe it is necessary to assist a law enforcement agency responsible for government or public security in the performance of their functions.

Real Estate Australia will take all reasonable steps to make sure that the personal information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete and up to date.
